My Annual F*cket List

If you followed my blog last year, you will know that I am not one to write New Year's Resolutions. Don't get me wrong, resolutions have their merit, and it's fine and admirable to list your expectations for the coming year. However, it seems that if you are starting off with a conflict (see definition #2 below) you will begin your year with too much stress or baggage to be resolved instead of working on the "new you".

Resolution

1. A firm decision to do or not to do something.

2. The action of solving a problem, dispute or contentious matter.

Forget about trying to fix whatever went wrong last year. Let's concentrate on your new awakening without dwelling on the past. My mantra for this year is "NO EXCUSES". Only you hold responsibility for your decisions on your journey. Instead of placing the blame, concentrate on change, and this begins with you. My F*cket List consists of things that I will just say F*ck It to in 2018. This will free up my time to live the life that I want without unnecessary tasks and interference. Feel free to use my F*cket List or create your own.

F*ck TV - it's just a huge waste of time. 'Nuff said.

F*ck clothes that don't fit - Anything that does not fit or flatter will be donated or given away.

F*ck mean people - I will not let rude people get "under my skin". I will not lose sleep over their comments or let them occupy space in my mind.

F*ck Worry - I will not spend one moment of worrying about things that may never happen. The Universe will steer my course.

F*ck broken things - I will not hold onto broken things that cannot be fixed. I will thank the object for its service and send it on its way.

F*ck restaurants that do not offer vegetarian/vegan choices -I will use Happy Cow to locate veg friendly restaurants. I will patronize only these places.

F*ck animal testing - I will only use cosmetics and cleaning products that do not test on animals. Look for cruelty-free products using Bunny Free.

F*ck Monkey Mind - I will meditate daily until my monkeys fall asleep.

F*ck bad energy - I will clear my chakras, Feng Shui my house, wear my crystals, ground myself,

and rub the Buddha's belly.

With all the time saved and frustrations avoided, I will be able to complete my projects on my FREE SPIRIT LIST.

*Read 40 books

*Run 52 (just kidding) 2 marathons

*Train for an Ultra

*Flagler Estates A-Z run

*Build a cactus garden/turtle habitat

*Become a Reiki Master

*Volunteer at a Farm Sanctuary

*Join a Book Club

*Begin writing my first book

Feel free to use my FREE SPIRIT LIST or make one of your own. It looks like an ambitious list, but remember that you are more likely to follow-through on a goal if you let someone know about it.

So - next year we will review my FREE SPIRIT LIST to see how close I have come to accomplishing my goals.
